Q: What features can you confirm for the new content?

A: The Assassin class, Epic Temple of Renas, Legendary Armor and Weapons, Hellhound quest job board, Enhanced Brune's Glory rankings/system.

Q: Will the Korean region be unblocked so that they can play on the NA servers?

A: We want to allow as many players as possible to join us on RaiderZ.  
But to anyone out there who isn't affected by a region block, we welcome you.

Q: What are the plans for RaiderZ for the rest of 2013 and beyond?

A: Our biggest goal right now is to get that Assassin class in your hands. After that, we look forward to more areas and more classes.

Q: What is being done about the loading screen bug?

A: For those who have experienced this, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Our engineers are working with MAIET to resolve this issue. Although we have had temporary fixes in the past, the root cause is more complex and we don't want to jeopardize the stability of the servers with attempts that are unproven.

Q: What can you tell us about the new class(es)?

A: The next class we are releasing is the Assassin. It is a face-paced, damage-focused class. It utilizes cloth and leather armor, foregoing the bulkier chain and plate gear. Assassins wield daggers that allow for fast striking but are lacking in ranged attacks, though they do have some moves that allow them to approach/escape faster than most other classes. Though we have no date for it yet, the next class after Assassin we are most likely to release is the Ranger. This class will utilize Bows to attack from safety and, unlike the Assassin, will fare poorly in close quarters.

Q: Is there any chance we could get Crystals without spending any Zen at all?

A: Crystals can be put on the Trade Market, so you should be able to find some there from players who originally got them through the Cash Shop. Also, we are experimenting with giving Crystals out as prizes for events. Papaya has been giving some out as part of the trivia contest. We may use them as prizes again if the contest performs well enough.
