Introducing Snail Games USA’s new integrated customer support ticket system. From now on, you will be able to file new tickets and check the status of your current ticket through our Snail Games USA Member Services Page. Using your universal Snail Games passport, this new system will allow for our customer support team to access more details about your account in order to properly resolve ticket inquiries. Fully integrated into our Snail Games USA Member Services Page, you will find the process of submitting an inquiry much more convenient as well as time saving.
As we integrate this new ticket system, please be informed that we will no longer accept new Zendesk tickets. Tickets which are already in the Zendesk system will continue to be answered. New tickets arriving via Zendesk after this announcement will not receive responses.
To use our new ticket system, please proceed to: http://member.us.woniu.com/
Log in using your Snail Games USA Universal Passport Account. For most players, this will be your normal game Account ID, followed by the same password you use for the account.
Once you have logged in, click the “Support” link. Then click “File a New Ticket” on the left hand column.
3. Input the details of your inquiry into the web form. Make sure to select the proper Question Type so that your inquiry is filed correctly by our system. Click “Submit” when you have filled out the fields.
After clicking “Submit,” you will be forwarded to your “My Ticket Status” interface. From here you can check the status and detail of each one of your inquiries.
Selecting “Detail” will take you to each ticket’s detail page which includes updates to your inquiry from our Customer Support staff.
