美服《神泣》官方发布新政策 严惩违规获得装备/金币行为

最近神泣发现越来越多非法的物品进入了服务器。我们已经采取了若干措施防止、跟踪和移除那些被非法获得的装备。我们也一直在跟踪那些非法获取的玩家或从非法获取它们的人那里直接购买的玩家。在最近的一次补丁中，我们禁止了几种物品的交易，知道问题解决。

这一政策有两个部分: 如果你的账户直接用来获取非法物品(黑客/喷射器)；如果你直接从非法获得物品的账户购买(共犯)。

 New Policy: Hacking and Purchasing from 3rd Party Sellers
 Recently Shaiya has seen an increase in the number of illegal items entering the server. We have been taking a number of actions to prevent, track, and remove the items being illegally obtained. We have also been tracking people that are illegally obtaining them or purchasing them directly from those that illegally obtain them. In a recent patch we made several items temporarily non-tradable until the situation is under better control.
There are two parts to this policy: if your account is directly used to obtain the illegal item (hacker/injector) -and- if you purchase directly from the account that illegally obtained the items (accomplice).
Policy on Hackers/Injectors:
1st Offense - 7 day Ban and the illegally obtained items/gold are removed from your account. If the items are linked they will be extracted. If the items were traded or consumed then we will take items with the equivalent value.
2nd Offense - Permanent Ban with the opportunity to appeal. If you appeal, you need to admit to your offense, agree to not continue in those actions, and provide us with information on how you were illegally obtaining the items. If your appeal is accepted then your ban length will be reduced to 15 days (with credit for time served while you appealed).
3rd Offense - Permanent ban with no opportunity for appeal.
Policy for Accomplices:
1st Offense - 3 day Ban and the illegally obtained items/gold are removed from your account. If the items are linked they will be extracted. If the items were traded or consumed then we will take items with the equivalent value.
2nd Offense - 7 day Ban and the illegally obtained items/gold are removed from your account. If the items are linked they will be extracted. If the items were traded or consumed then we will take items with the equivalent value.

 Please be aware that this policy is effective immediately. However, if you had issues several months or years ago and received a ban for similar offenses to these we will not count that against you when counting the number of offenses.
