美服《魔兽世界》玩家质疑官方禁飞设定 剖析禁飞真实原因

 《魔兽世界》每部资料片都有限飞的规定,暴雪仍在引入新的区域,但飞行却又是不被允许的。
我只是希望他们能诚实的说出原因。
官方常见的回应是,“游戏设定”。让游戏体验更身临其境更复杂,玩家才不会因无聊而退出。我相信这是部分真实的原因。但是如果是这样的话, 那么为什么继续设计99%的内容都只出现在最高级别的游戏呢? 可见这并不是真正的原因。有两个比“让游戏更有趣更吸引人”更重要的原因, 暴雪不会公开承认, 但这是事实。
1:延长你必须待在世界的时间。如果玩家都很容易且快速的从一个地方到另一个地方,那你完成任务的时间就会更少。如果你可以延长时间, 即使是一小部分, 这意味着, 由于自订阅费用是根据时间计算的,.嗯,你们应该明白我的意思2:他们尚未有完成游戏的开发。开发一个如此大规模的玩家为基础的游戏是很不容易的。甚至是近乎不可能 。根据玩家社区的要求, 要在特定时间范围内完成游戏,开发者么就要  做出决策, 需要削减某些东西, 而有些东西则要推迟到“未来的补丁”。我认为飞行在第一部内容补丁到来之前受到限制的真实原因是开发人员还没有完成玩家在飞行时才会看到建筑和其他景观。就像燃烧军团引入军团而艾泽拉斯则是禁飞区。真的不太关游戏设定的事,只是还没哟时间完成游戏世界的整体设计。 所以当他们重新设计了整个世界,我们就在Cata中看到了结果 。“德拉诺霸主”有有具体的上线期限,但他们使用的开发周期模型告诉他们,在规定时间前他们无法完成。所以他们就将飞行的日期推后几个月,让开发者们有更多的时间,一切都好。游戏项目、游戏工作室辅助工具、游戏防封技巧,专业玩家网游戏工作室联盟,是网游工作室必选网站。

 Every expansion has had its own "no fly" restrictions and Blizz continues to introduce areas where flying is inexplicably not allowed.
I just wish they would be honest about the reason.
The common response is that it's, "For gameplay". To make the experience much more immersive and complex and so people don't get bored and quit. Which I'm certain has some small part to do with it. However if that was the case then why continue to design a game where 99% of the content comes only at max level? It doesn't really hold up. There are two reasons more important than "making the game fun and engaging" that Blizz will not publicly admit to, but are true nonetheless.

1: Extend the TIME you have to spend in-world. If it's easy and quick to get from place to place, you spend less time accomplishing your goals. If you can increase that time, even by a small percentage, it adds up, and since the subscription fees are based on time....well, you see my point.

2: They're not DONE yet. Developing a game of this magnitude with this type of player base cannot be easy. Hell it's bordering on impossible. And to do it in the time frames that the player community demands, decisions need to be made, things need to get cut, stuff needs to get pushed back to "some future patch". My main theory on why flying TRULY won't be available until the first major content patch is that the developers haven't finished designing the tops of buildings and other landscape that we can't see without flying. Like when Burning Crusade introduced flying and Azeroth was a no-fly zone. There was no real gameplay reason, it's just that no one had the time needed to properly redesign the whole world. So we got it in Cata when they were redesigning the whole world anyway. "Warlords" has a delivery date, the development cycle model they use tells them that they physically CAN'T deliver on that date. So they save a bunch of development time by pushing flying back a few months, when more developers free up post-launch, and all is well.
