4. who's better star or sunflower ?

A: 1) You gain the skill by collecting ten pieces. They appear in random places in set scenes.

2) Unless you're paying for body guards I don't think so. Early on it might be a slaughter fest since people like to be the first to say they owned it but after a few weeks you can pretty much stroll around and collect as you wish. Now is it possible you have to pay a nice sum to npc's to help you locate it, yes. But I do not think it's back breaking.

3) You get fashion from seasonal tickets. They come from packs like pet, cloud, and mysterious.

4) Depends on you and your style. Know a lot of sunflower manual holders. Totes to the creepy. They say some of the most random and off putting things and cannot control it. The description says they become more feminine and such but to me they all look like a mix between an albino kappa and too wong fu. (Look it up). Sunflower to me is better then vortex do to the removal of CD between skills and later between sets so you can just chain all the best skills and crush you opponent. Apparently having testicals weighs you down too much to do this. I can think of some particularly devastating combos that would just be brutal to try with sunflower. But Pure power wise Vortex is king hands down. Not only do you lower the strength of the enemy but you greatly improve your own stats to around 200% at max level. That's bonkers damage. And to me that has more versatility then sunflower.
