美服《九阴真经》上周账户无端冻结 玩家要求延迟奖励时间

大家都知道, 上周很多账户都被无端冻结，有的在2，3天之后解冻，有的在8.9天之后依然处于冻结状态，尽管官方已证实误报且GMs已审核完毕。4个服务器中无数玩家都遭遇了这个问题。
但这还不是全部：很多已经7个多月未登录的回归玩家被贴上非法白银卖家/买家的标签，最终冻结6或8天。 而这一切都没有具体原因。
具有讽刺意味的是, GMs已经开始承认自己的错误，并回复“我们很抱歉。一切看起来都很混乱。我们将尽快解冻”； “您的帐户被黑客非法利用。因此,官方暂时冻结你。官方将尽快确进行认解冻请修改密码”。
好另一方面, Snailgames似乎愿意补偿VIP玩家的损失，增加额外的VIP天数。这确实很好， 他们很友善，敢于承担责任。
那么，非会员玩家呢？那些因账户冻结而无法参与的事件要怎么办呢？是的, 我说的是奖品为醉拳的beta周年活动。毫无疑问, 被冻结超过5天的玩家就没机会获得此奖励了。
除此之外, 还有圣诞礼物包。再说, 很多玩家中断连续登录因为他们信任Snailgames，认为这包包括即时会员特权。但事实并非如此。

新加入的玩家将会有机会参与。

 As you all know, there have been a lot of accounts that were unfairly frozen over the last week. Some of them were unfrozen after 2 or 3 days; and others, despite being confirmed to be a false positive and well checked by GMs, are still frozen after 8 or 9 days. This is the case of countless players through all the 4 servers.
But that’s not all: a lot of returning players that haven’t even logged in for more than 7 months are labeled as illegal taels sellers/buyers and eventually frozen for 6 or 8 days*. All of this without a concrete reason.
Ironically, GMs have started to admit their errors and reply with “Greetings. We are sorry. It looks like it was all a confusion. We will unfreeze you asap”** and “Your account was taken advantage by an illegal taels hacker. So the official had to freeze you for the time being. The official will unfreeze you asap after confirmation. Change your password and be careful”***.
Well well on the other hand, it seems like Snailgames is willing to compensate VIP players by adding extra VIP days to their accounts. It is indeed good that they are being nice and taking responsibility.
However, what about non vip players? what about the events all frozen players weren’t able to participate in? Yes, I’m talking about the beta anniversary event which rewards the drunken fist set. Without a doubt, for non vip players who were frozen for more than 5 days it is impossible to get this skill set.
Besides, there is also the Christmas Gift Pack matter. Then again, a lot of players interrupted their consecutive log in days because they trusted Snailgames and thought this pack would include instant VIP status. That didn’t happen.
Well, Snailgames reacted quickly and promised 3 extra VIP days to all the affected players.
One more thing to point out: this beta anniversary event was created to commemorate the first year of Age of Wushu and is obviously aimed to veteran players like me. And the new players who started to play this game because of the ultimate scrolls expansion? I can’t help but think that Snailgames is leaving them out. Excluding them. Separating players. Not all of these new players have reached the mentally balanced level.
So here is my proposal: Make the drunken fist event continue for 7 more days.
-Unfrozen players will finally be able to participate.
-Players who bought the Christmas Gift Pack will be event-time compensated.
-All new players will have a real chance to participate.
