自从上个月早些时候推出CoS: Arkadia,我们得到大量的反馈、报告和问题。我们的支持团队努力通过电子邮件、论坛和游戏尽可能回复。但很可能我们错过了很多邮件, 论坛消息和其他方面的问题。这就是为什么我们需要一个新的报错系统。

现在就能实现了! 一个全新的游戏票务系统在本周的更新中运行。友好的用户界面和易于理解的票类型,我们认为它有助于更准确地捕捉游戏中玩家提交的bug报告(Micro-client用户可能需要等待一段时间)。

运行快速概述:

1.单击 GM按钮, 等待数据系统界面出现在游戏页面旁边;
2.选择类型,决定你要提交的是什么样的内容。输入你的角色名称,主题,消息和验证码继续。
3.单击Submit按钮,检查“我的Tickets标签”下的 Ticket ;
4.如果你的Ticket 收到了回复,你会发现票务状态从“新”改为“更新”;
5.如果回复没用, 你可以通过选择“否”直到问题得以解决。
6.如果答案有助于你, 状态将显示为“关闭”。
由于这是刚出来的新系统,不可避免的会有一些不完善的地方,我们会继续进行完善。
感谢所有帮助我们发现并解决故障的玩家。虽然我们没有时间回复每个论坛信息, 但仍非常感激。新票系统应该可以提高我们未来的bug修复效率。

New Ticket System Up

We’ve been getting tons of feedback, reports and questions, since CoS: Arkadia launched earlier last month. Our support team is trying hard to reply to as much as possible via email, forums, and in-game when we get the chance. But it’s possible that we missed a number of emails, forum messages, and other issues. That’s why we need a new ticket system for bug reports.

Now it’s here! A brand new in-game ticket system has been implemented in this week’s update. With user-friendly interface and easy-to-understand ticket types, we think it can help more accurately capture bug reports that players submit in the game (Micro-client users might need to wait for a while as ticket system for micro-client still not ready yet).

Here’s a quick overview of how it works:

1.    Click on the GM button and wait for the Ticket System interface to appear right next to the game page;
2.    Select a ticket type to decide what kind of ticket you’re going to submit, enter your Character Name, Subject, Message and Verification Code to continue;
3.    Click on the Submit button and check your ticket under My Tickets tab;
4.    If a ticket has been answered, you’ll find ticket status changed from  “New” to “Update”;
5.    If an answer is not helpful, you can continue to ask by choosing “No” till the issue is correctly resolved;
6.    If an answer is helpful to you, the ticket status will display as “Closed”.
As it's still a new system just came out, there might be some incomplete aspects, but we'll keep polishing.

Thanks to all who are helping us find and resolve bugs. Although we don’t have time to reply to each forum thread, we do appreciate the effort. The new ticket system should improve our efficiency on bug fixes in future.
