CDN Service Upgrade

After a long period of research and investigation, we have decided to change the CDN service that hosts the assets for City of Steam. This means there will be a change to the third party service which optimizes streaming of game assets during loading times.

This change is to reduce loading times and hopefully improve the game experience, especially for new players, players in remote locations, or players with limited internet bandwidth. After the service change, optimization may still need tweaking after it has been implemented, so please be patient while the new service is just getting up and running.
