Changes:
•    Now subscription interface has daily mercenary refreshes;
•    Players will not see any messages from a blacklisted character;
•    Players can see “broadcast’ in front of a message sent out via broadcast;

Fixes:
•    Fixed a bug where Company War qualifying matches could not run properly;
•    Fixed a bug where Company War starting time was not correct;
•    Fixed a bug where Company War points calculation was not right;
•    Fixed a bug where new company members were excluded from Company Wars;
•    Fixed a bug where teleport related abilities or quest steps landed in un-walkable areas;
•    Fixed a bug where mercenary might display correctly during PvP;
•    Fixed a bug where combat assistance might not activate properly;
•    Fixed a bug where path-finding assistance didn’t work in Arkadia;
•    Fixed a bug where deleting mail messages with attachments didn’t ask for confirmation.
