新的支持网站近日到来!
我们对支持网站进行了大规模的修整，新版将会在几天内正式上线。新网站的重换新生得益于大家的帮助：易于使用，效率更高；它会解答你所有关于DOFUS，WAKFU和Krosmaster 的问题等等。

几年来，大家一直习惯使用当前的支持网站。但它已然陈旧，不一定适合大家现在的需要了。在去年的调查中，你们也明确表达了这个观点。为了跟进反馈，我们整合了大家的意见，努力为你们提供想要的服务：更清晰、更友好、更高效。
导航和人机互动完全重做以便更快地找到问题的答案。除了更完整的“搜索”功能，我们还专注此次调查大家最关注的问题：大家期待已久的“快速联系人”按钮，此功能可以让你从网站任何地方发送邀请；FAQs重组、改写和开放大家评估；“社会共享”按钮,可以让你轻松快捷地帮助朋友。

 THE NEW SUPPORT SITE ARRIVES IN A FEW DAYS!
 The Support site has been entirely revamped and it new version will be online in just a few days. The site has been entirely redone thanks to your input: easier to use, more efficient, it will answer all your questions about DOFUS, WAKFU, Krosmaster, and much more.
For several years now, you've been accustomed to the current Support website interface. But it was old, outdated, and not necessarily adapted to your needs anymore. You didn't hesitate to tell us so during last year's poll, actually. In order to follow up on your feedback, we worked to integrate your remarks and offer you the service you wanted: clearer, more user-friendly, more efficient.
Navigation and ergonomics have been entirely redone to find answers to questions faster. Besides a more complete "Search" function, we focused on the most-requested features from the poll: the long-awaited "Quick contact" button that will let you send a ticket from anywhere on the site; reorganized FAQs, rewritten and open to your evaluation; and "social sharing" buttons so you can help your friends quickly and easily.
All you have to do now is show a little more patience while the dust clears: see you in a few days for the reveal of the new Support website!
