今天，支持团队正在迈出全新支持网站的第一步!全新的“提交申请”按钮快速创建、改善的常见问题以及更多的人用户友好界面，这个新网站是我们实现更好的客户支持的基石。
该网站的初衷是为大家提供更好的服务，更便捷的信息获得途径。改进后搜索功能及更清晰的站点结构会让你快速找到问题的答案，比以往任何时候都更快地解决问题。如果找不到需要的信息，现在每一个页面都有向支持团队发送请求的链接!
该网站的另一个重大改变是创建新的账户支持系统。在新网站，你可以创建一个帐户，用它们来管理Ankama账户上所有的请求。这将帮助你们轻松追踪反馈，因为他们都会被发送到一个邮件里!
这就意味着，那些拥有旧票的玩家将会收到一封电子邮件，将你带到可以创建新帐户的网页。 新网站代表了一种全新的票务管理系统，但在最终完成之前肯可能会出现些问题，如果你发现了问题或者错误，请告诉我们，我们会尽快解决!

The new Ankama Support site is online!
Today, the support team is taking the first step towards a new support site! With a new "Submit a request" button for quick ticket creation, revised FAQs, and a more ergonomic and user-friendly interface, this new site is a stepping stone towards our goal of improved customer support!
This new support site was born from a desire to provide you with better service and easier access to the information that helps you resolve problems. With an improved search function and a less confusing site structure to take you quickly to your answer, solving problems on your own is faster than ever. And if you can't find what you need, there is now a link to send a request to our support team on every page!
Another major change to the site is the creation of the new Support Account system. On the new site, you will be able to create a single account that you can use to manage all of your support requests for all of your Ankama Accounts. This will help you easily keep track of your responses, as they will all be sent to a single email!
This means that those of you who had old tickets will be receiving email messages leading you to a place on the site where you can create your new Support Account in order to access your old tickets.
This new site represents an entirely new system to manage tickets, and as such, there may be some bumps along the way as we all settle in! This means that if you find problems or mistakes, please tell us and we will fix it as soon as we can!
