 We are currently experiencing redeem code issue. We have found out the problem, and contacting to the sites that distributing the codes. We would like you to note use the code from the sites for now. We will notice the links that are avaiable soon, and please get your codes from the sites that are in the notice. Resolved - Billing service issue

We are currently experiencing problems with billing service on Webzen.com. We are currently working hard to resolve these issues. Until then, please note that all the billing service related functions will not be available including charging/gifting/spending Wcoin etc. We will update you with further process.

Update 1 - Billing service will go under temporary maintenance from 02:00 April 8th, 2014 to 02:30 April 8th, 2014 GST.

Update 2 - Temporary maintenance has been finished earlier than expected end time.
