1问：我为什么没有收到50级角色？
答：活动期间（4月7日的维护之后到4月21日的维护），你需要创建一个新角色。其他时间创建的角色不算数，这是玩家最常见的问题。
如果你觉得自己把该做的都做了仍没有得到50级角色，你恐怕要再试一次了，确保“创建一个新角色”和“新角色升到20级”。
2问：我是重返游戏的玩家，但我没有收到50级角色!
答：重返游戏的玩家必须符合2个条件：
1)在2013/06/01~ 2014/03/14之间玩C9的玩家
2）2014/03/15之后就没玩过C9的玩家 。
3问：为什么有些人收到2个50级角色？
答：重返游戏的玩家才有资格得到2个角色。
4问：事件角色有所有的水晶和任务SP吗？
答：就目前而言，任务是有的，但晶体没有。我们正在致力于解决这个问题，对于你们中那些已经使用了事件角色的玩家将得到所有失踪的晶体，可以交换圣水，促进角色的数据永久提升。
5问：新按钮仓库NPC的“换取提升角色”是什么？
答：这与我们当前的C9事件无关所以请忽略这一点。我们很抱歉造成困惑。
6问：我没有得到改变50级角色职业的任务？
答：如果你打开支持宝箱，会发现一盒精英和第二职业的变换器。你需要首先使用精英变换器，然后二级变换器。

We have been getting many questions regarding Jumping C9 event so we tried to sort out Frequently Asked Questions to avoid any further confusion. This announcement may get updated if any new frequently asked question rises.
1. I did not receive my level 50 character!
- You need to create a new character during event period – after scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/07~ before scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/21. Leveling old low level character you made some other time does not count. This has been the most common issue our players did not realize.
- If you still think you did everything right and have not receive your level 50 character, we are afraid to tell you that you should try once more. Make sure to “Create a new character” and “level the new character up to 20”.
2. I am a returner and I did not receive my returner’s level 50 character!
- Our target returners for this event had to meet 2 conditions – 1. Players who played C9 between 2013/06/01~2014/03/14, 2. Players who did not play C9 after 2014/03/15.
3. Why did some people receive 2 level 50 characters?
- Returners are eligible to receive up to 2 event characters.
4. Is my event character come with all the crystals and quest SP?
- Yes for quest SP, no for crystals at the moment. We are currently working on fixing this issue and for those of you who already made your event character are going to receive all the missing crystals, that can be exchanged with holy water which boosts your character’s stats permanently, on the next scheduled maintenance.
5. What is that new button, “Exchange for Promoted Character” that Warehouse NPC has?
- It has nothing to do with our current Jumping C9 event so please ignore this. We are sorry for confusion caused by this.
6. I do not have quests to change class for my level 50 character!
- If you open Jumping Support Chest, you will find a box of class changer for Elite and 2nd classes. You need to first use Elite changer then 2nd class changer to use your event character properly.
- Even though you will receive many class changer items for 2nd classes, you will only be able to use one of them. Please choose with consideration.
7. I redeemed my promotion code but have not received my level 50 character!
- Jumping C9 Promotion Code is NOT for giving level 50 characters. Promotion code has been distributed to help you to level up your new character to 20 so that you can enter Jumping C9 event easier.
8. I cannot redeem my promotion code!
- You need to redeem your code from following website. (http://c9.webzen.com/events/redeem)
9. Will “Create Promoted Character (1 time)" button be available forever?
- No, you need to create your event character before scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/28. All the unused event characters will be removed after the maintenance.
