The EverQuest II team has laid out the details on how the forthcoming SOE All Access pass will look for its players. Included in All Access are seven character slots, member-only loyalty items and more.

Players with the All Access pass will also have early access to content within the game. The first time players will be able to experience this early access will be with the new High Keep dungeon zone. This new dungeon will go live to All Access members when the program launches next week, and will be exclusive to members for two weeks!
