美服《C9》50级角色水晶丢失问题正在解决 Paysafecard付款问题已解决

角色水晶问题
我们收到了众多关于缺乏水晶的报告，在玩家的升级过程，水晶可以交换提升角色属性的圣水。经过测试，我们发现圣水的效果不见了。我们将会为C9 Jumping 活动所有的50级角色提供丢失的水晶，时间是2014年4月28日的维护。
对于该问题造成的诸多不便我们深感抱歉，我们会努力防止类似事件的发生。谢谢大家的理解。
另：丢失水晶的发送出现了个小问题，预定的计划推迟一星期。

Paysafecard问题
周末，Webzen和Paysafecard之间出现了网络问题，我们真诚道歉。问题已经解决了，玩家可以使用Wcoin收费功能，此修复将在4月21日维护再次检测，确保一切都可正常使用。专业玩家网游戏工作室联盟，全面开展游戏工作室论坛项目，方便游戏工作室交流。

 Notice – Jumping character crystal issue (updated)
We have been getting numerous reports due to lack of crystals, which players get over the level up process which can be exchanged with holy water that boosts character’s stats permanently, in Jumping C9 event level 50 characters. We went through tests and found out that the holy water’s effect is missing. We are going to give all the missing crystals to Jumping C9 event level 50 characters during scheduled maintenance on April 28th, 2014.
We are very sorry for any inconveniences caused by this issue and will always try our best to prevent any similar issues in the future. Thank you for understanding.
Edited. There has been a minor issue for giving out missing crystals and distribution schedule has been postponed for a week.

Notice – Paysafecard issue
There has been a network issue between Webzen and Paysafecard during this weekend and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. The issue has been fixed for our players to be able to use Wcoin charge function and this fix will be reviewed again during our next scheduled maintenance on April 21st, 2014 to make sure everything has been fixed properly. Thank you for your understanding.
