Based on the hit movie of the same name, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is Gameloft's latest comic book effort, an overhead strategy action game where you guide the good Captain and his team against dangerous enemies, using tactical planning and straight-up attacking to your advantage. As you progress, you can level up soldiers and keep them healthy, preparing for bigger challenges that lie ahead.

How do I play Captain America: The Winter Soldier?

The game is played from a top-down perspective, and you can either guide your soldier manually using a virtual joystick in the lower left corner, or touch locations on the levels themselves. Your secondary soldiers will automatically follow and provide back-up as long as you make sure to take care of them with health and supplies.

The main goal is to get through each stage by defeating all the enemies. In the early stages, charging in and fighting them with fisticuffs is a safe bet. However, with later levels, you'll want to use secondary fire and grenades to clear out some of the opposition, or you'll get overwhelmed and lose health in a hurry. Make sure you stay invested with plenty of health and grenades, and keep your soldiers from succumbing out in the field. Otherwise, you'll really be in trouble - even if you are Captain America.
