Patch 2.1 adds a new Hellfire Amulet which rolls a random passive when crafted. Now it's the best time to start saving up crafting materials, since the new Amulet is considered Best-in-Slot for most of the classes.

The process for crafting the amulet is more or less the same as crafting a Hellfire Ring, and you'll be able to use your existing materials. The recipe is slightly more expensive to purchase, there's only a Level 70 version of that item, and, in addition to the normal materials required for the Ring, you'll need 10 Forgotten Souls to craft the Amulet.

Since many people started farming the keys for their Hellfire Amulet to craft it as soon as Patch 2.1 hits live servers, we got an official blue explanation from Grimiku saying: "Keywardens have a higher chance of dropping their specific Key, which is always the same, but that their loot table allows them to also drop other Keys as well."
