几天前我们预览Greater Rifts，今天我们将预览补丁2.1.0的另一个功能叫做赛季。梯子是赛季的一部分，承诺后被添加到《暗黑3》补丁中，表示将在2014年的夏天发布。全部细节尚未公布，但暴雪已经承诺他们将经常重置并制造大量的独特的内容，包括新的Legendaries，一个特殊的季节性排行榜排名最高的玩家的各种标准。也会有特殊的季节性成就叫做征服，只有前1000名玩家来完成，每个阶梯的赛季，将公开表彰。

We previewed Greater Rifts a few days ago; today we'll be previewing another feature that comes in Patch 2.1.0 called Seasons. Ladders are part of Seasons and after being long-promised were added to Diablo 3 in the said patch that will be out in the summer of 2014. Full details are not available yet, but Blizzard has promised they will reset regularly and feature a large amount of unique content, including new Legendaries, a special Seasonal Leaderboard ranking the top players by various criteria. There will also be special seasonal Achievements called Conquests where only the first 1000 players to complete them, each ladder season,will be publicly honored.

Character Creation / Seasonal Checkbox

You will be creating a seasonal hero the same way you create a normal or Hardcore character.

What are Seasons?

Seasons will run for several months and are optional and require an opt in at the time of character creation. For each season's duration, your ladder characters are stored separately on your account, and do not share gold, stash space, Artisan levels, Paragon Levels, equipment and so on, with non-ladder characters. After each season ends, Ladder characters will be merged back in your regular characters, and any gold and Paragon experience earned by your Ladder characters will be added to your main account.
