Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be releasing on PC worldwide on November 19, less than a month after the PS4 and Xbox One versions on October 23. In the latest Ubisoft blog, Studio Production Manager at Ubisoft Kiev Sam Kovalev tells why the PC version comes out after the console version.
“We have introduced several new improvements to our production pipeline and validation process, which allowed us to focus on polishing, stabilizing and optimizing the PC version very early on in the project,” says Kovalev. “This has been one of the top priorities for the production team this year.”
To avoid the similar disastrous release of Assassin's Creed: Unity last year, Ubisoft wants to use the additional four weeks to really bear down and finalize all of the polish and optimization, to make sure the game and all of its systems are stable when it launches.
The PC requirements are still being finalized, the recommended system requirements will target 1080p and 30 FPS.
