Not to be outdone by EverQuest's expansion announcement, the EverQuest II site has been updated with a new developer blog post about its twelfth expansion, with a special preview to be held on Thursday, October 1st.
The expansion is said to include "sprawling overland and loads of content with quests, advanced solo and heroic dungeons, a healthy number of raids". In addition, the team has swept through all new dungeons to make them "level agnostic" in terms of loot drops.
Lastly, those opting to preorder the expansion will receive all previous expansion content through the Rum Cellar Campaign.
